"Let me start by saying that when I decided to put my house in Carnation on the market, Kim was the only Realtor I spoke with who actually thought she could sell my house. I cannot even imagine what would have happened without Kim's calming influence and complete ease and expertise in dealing with so many various entities - septic people, bankers, the Realtor on the other side, the buyers, the County, and on and on and on. There really are not enough superlatives to describe Kim's ability as a realtor and a truly wonderful person. I have and will continue to recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. All the family and friends that also helped with the move were similarly impressed and are also recommending her to anyone they know ready to sell or buy.
